National Commander
Harold L. "Butch" Miller, a longtime member of Post 364, was National Commander of the American Legion, for the Legion year 1998-1999. Butch has been one of the Guiding Leaders of the Post, the District, and the Department of Virginia for several years, including Department Commander for Legion Year 1994-95 and President of American Legion Boys State 95-96. Butch has been active at the National level as a convention delegate for 6 years, serving on various committees and commissions. He was Chairman of the National Constitution and Bylaws Committee 95-96 and consultant to the National Legislative Committee for Legion Year 96-97.
